Definitive Brewing Company

"Second visit, and I must say this place has improved in many ways since my first stop here seven years ago. I really enjoyed my first visit as well, although the weather was much better back then, which meant we could spend time outside playing cornhole. This time the weather wasn't quite as cooperative, but we still had a fantastic time. We enjoyed some excellent beers, played a few board games, and appreciated being able to bring in food from nearby spots. We grabbed lobster rolls from Bite Into Maine, conveniently located at Allagash next door to Definitive. I still love the combination of brewery and taproom under one roof. During our visit there was plenty of activity in the production area, including canning operations, and the staff in general were friendly. There is also a Nintendo console (or a similar gaming system) available for guests, which adds a fun touch. Compared to my first visit, there is much more merchandise available now, along with an excellent selection of beers to take home. We had a great time, and hopefully my next visit to Portland, Maine won't take another seven years! 😄"

"Great stop! Double and Triple IPAs were yum. Lots of outdoor seating.. Indoors gives a cool vibe. I was in town only for the day and was in close to close but the bartender was amazing in letting me try the offerings. Hope to get back to the NE and Definitive one day!"

"Real good beer 🍺 and friendly service. I got a few samples plus I ordered a few. They have some delicious brews. There is lots of room outside and they have a big parking lot. It's in a area with lots of breweries."
