"I highly recommend CVS Specialty Pharmacy. I had an issue in ordering medication. I spoke to quite a few employees all of which were professional, courteous, kind and even sympathetic but unfortunately not In a position to help me. When I finally got through to the correct person they provided me with my medication even though they had to absorb a financial lost. It’s heart warming to have a large company put aside its own needs and help the little guy especially when there’s is no financial benefit for them."

"Such a refreshing pharmacy experience! My GI works through them regularly to get more expensive medications since they’re so good with insurance claims and authorizations. They even found a manufacturer coupon so I haven’t paid a single dime out of pocket for any of the 3 courses of my medication I’ve received from them! Despite being in Maine, I receive my medication in Chicago within 2 days. I’ve never had any issues with their customer service and it’s wonderful not having to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to someone versus the retail pharmacies near me. Can’t recommend using their service enough!"
