F45 Training Downtown Portland

"As a regular F45 attendee, it was great to visit this F45 while in Maine. The coaches were welcoming, encouraging, and upbeat. They were attentive to the class and supportive with modifications, gentle/courteous form corrections, and kept you motivated throughout the workout. My only adjustment would be to fix the water fountain. So bring your own drink or be prepared to pay if you want anything during/after the workout. For those attending as F45 Passport users and/or first time guests, they do have a shower available which is awesome, but no towels to wipe equipment off during the workout (bring your own towel). Parking is street parking, and can be a little tough, but not crazy."

Since becoming an F45 member four years ago, I am still equally motivated and genuinely love coming to the classes. There is a great welcoming community where people at any point in their fitness journey can feel comfortable. The instructors Sean, Marcy and Joselyn Are fantastic! They help you with your form, keep you motivated and bring high energy to the class."
