"This is a great gym, it is very clean and there are sufficient machines and weights. They seem to keep the machines in good repair as well. It's easy to get in a good workout mostly without waiting on anything. The music is a little quiet, I get that maybe it's not for everyone, but it's just barely there."

"A different set up from Planet Fitness' I have visited. The building 🏢 was probably an office, without Steve Carell, building before being converted into a fitness club. There are two floors, an 🛗 elevator and lots of windows 🪟. The cardio area, vending machines, massage chairs or bed 🛏️ and sun tanning booths are on the first floor. The second 🥈 floor has the weights, individual exercise machines, cable stations, weight benches, locker 🛅 rooms and stretching areas. The second floor allows you to walk all around to access ♿ everything. There are water 💦 fountains on both floors. I like the windows 🪟 because it opens up the floor and gives you a view of the city 🏙️🌆. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The check in is the same but to reserve a message chair 💺 or tanning booth, you have to check ✔️ in again. The men's 🛅 locker room was in good condition. It has something I have never seen in Planet Fitness and I 🤔 thought the founder didn't want to install it, a weight scale ⚖️. I liked it especially since it was accurate. There are no hand ✋ dryers. The shower 🚿 area looks good. And now the bad news. I was concerned about visiting after reading some of the Google Maps reviews. What I read is not what I encountered. There were weight slammers that actually shook the floor. There were also a few litter 🚮 bugs. Some of the equipment and one of the massage chairs needs attention. Overall, I would visit again and I will give a recommendation on this Planet Fitness."

"PLANET PONZI AKA PLANET FITNESS HAS AN F WITH THE BBB. THIS IS LARGELY DUE TO DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES. THEY'RE ROBBING PETER TO PAY PAUL (YOU'RE PETER, UNLESS YOU'RE A SHAREHOLDER). I signed up a few months ago at the beginning of the semester. I'm a student and live in Bangor. School and work prevented me from making the time to go and I tried cancelling my membership by calling the 1-800 number but they KEPT CHARGING ME ANYWAY. When I blocked the payments to my card, they used a different 'entity' to charge me another $40 plus $25 late fees. When I called my bank directly, the representative told me that he'd received 11 calls that day complaining about Planet Fitness, specifically. He ranted, said he was QUITTING and ended the call. PF is SCAMMING ON SUCH A MASSIVE SCALE THAT CASHAPP IS LOSING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. I went to the gym and spoke to the manager (Rob?Richard?) who not only processed the cancellation but refunded me for two entire months. In other words: AVOID PLANET PONZI LIKE THE PLAGUE. But if you must, management at this location is spectacular, and will go above and beyond to serve their customers. The company is extremely predatory and will use every trick in the book to rob you blind."
