"This gym is great! The price is very cheap and you get a great amount of equipment to use. It never seems to be too busy no matter when I go. They have a large variety of different and specialty barbells to choose from, plenty of squat racks, and plenty of room to deadlift. There are plenty of dumbell benches, and the dumbells go up to the 150s. Plus, there are a set of 195 lbs dumbells. With plenty of great free weights, machines, and cardio equipment, this gym would be great for most people's fitness goals!"

"My gym. Was a member at Lifestyle and followed them to Fitness Factory. You can do heavy stuff there. Lots of plate loaded machines. Good for old people like me too!"
