Apartment Locator | Johnson Realty

"“Excellent experience working with Greg, and Michael at Apartment Locator | Johnson Realty. We completed a rubber roofing project for them and they were organized, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Everything was clearly communicated and handled the right way. Looking forward to working together again in the future.”"

"I have been renting with Apartment Locator/Johnson Realty for about a year and a half and have no complaints. I recently had my first need for maintenance and the response was quick and helpful. They continually checked in via calling and email to ensure everything was being done. I was honestly shocked everything was done so quickly, especially over a holiday week! I've been renting for a long time and am used to waiting weeks or months for repairs with other companies; working with Greg and Mike is like a breath of fresh air and such a relief! They get bonus points with me for such strong communication and being easy to reach, as well as for being friendly and caring."

"For the past three years, I've had the pleasure of renting an apartment that was managed by Michael, who has been an outstanding landlord. On the few occasions when I needed something repaired or addressed, he responded quickly and efficiently, ensuring the issues were resolved without delay. His professionalism and respectful demeanor are commendable, qualities that are often hard to find in landlords. In addition, Michael has gone above and beyond to ensure my living experience is comfortable and stress-free. His commitment to maintaining the property and his dedication to tenant satisfaction have truly set him apart. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Michael as a landlord."
