Samui was especially helpful and took the time to explain my options clearly. Since I don’t have dental insurance, I was nervous about the visit, but I was treated with respect and never felt judged. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and the office had a warm, caring atmosphere. Good customer service and compassion make all the difference, especially when it comes to dental care. I left feeling informed, supported, and confident about my treatment options. Overall, it was a very positive first visit, and I will definitely continue my dental care with this office. "Excellent experience! From reception to checkout, everyone on the team was friendly, caring, upbeat, and genuinely helpful. I was also impressed by the technology and modern equipment at this office. I highly recommend this location. I had previously visited another Aspen Dental office in Massachusetts and did not receive the same level of care, so this was a pleasant surprise. I chose this office because of the limited dental options in the Portland area, and I'm glad I did. My only concern was the cost of some recommended procedures, but that may simply reflect the reality of dental care today. Overall, the service and patient care were outstanding."
