Berlin City Rentals

"Cannot say enough good things about Berlin City Rentals and my main contact Aleks. The customer service is fantastic and they make renting a car easy and very reasonably priced! Car brought right to the baggage claim? YUP! Car dropped off right at departures? YUP! Anytime we're back in Portland we will definitely be repeat customers!"

"Rented through the Turo app. This was the epitome of excellent customer service. My wife and I threw many wrenches and they adapted with ease and perfection. Very pleased with my service and experience with this team. Aleks was personable and my main contact through this experience. You don't come across company representatives like him often. His passion for Nissan showed and he made many extra efforts to make my anniversary trip as smooth as possible."

"I rented a car directly from Berlin City Rentals. I saved a ton of money compared to the traditional car rental agencies (National, Enterprise, etc.) for a two-week vacation up and down the coast of Maine. Aleks Gluic is one of the most responsive, courteous, and professional people I have ever dealt with. Answered emails and texts in a very timely manner, answered all my questions thoroughly, and was an absolute pleasure to do business with! He truly puts the customer first and everything promised actually happened (when does THAT ever happen?!). My car was super clean, in great condition, and delivered directly to my hotel and on the back-end, the plan to meet up at the Portland airport departures curb worked flawlessly. Both Aleks and Berlin City Rentals provided one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time! I am already planning to return to Maine for a visit and will definitely contact these folks again for a rental car. Thank you for being part of my magical Maine vacation!"
