Cottage & Co Real Estate

"Working with Jason & his team was truly a wonderful experience! From the start he really listened and understood our vision & what we were looking for. It was a competitive market & never once did we feel discouraged. Jason's knowledge of the market, neighborhoods & types of homes along with his patience and willingness to answer every question or go to a showing at the drop of a hat gave us confidence that we would find the right fit. And we did! There is no doubt Jason's encouragement along the way made the process much more enjoyable for us. You can see how genuine he is & how much he cares for his clients & has their best interests at heart. He is also very well respected by other agents & this was clear to us even when popping into open houses & mentioning his name. People only ever had wonderful things to say! I truly can't recommend Jason/cottage & co enough & look forward to working together again in the future!"

"We had a great experience with Jason and Cottage & Co realty. Our home search had lasted years and when we started working with Jason we had narrowed down our target area and were picky with the type of home we wanted. Jason was always patient and level headed with our home showings and was very knowledgeable of homes in the area. We struggled through a competitive market with low inventory, and in the end when we were ready to make an aggressive offer on a home we really wanted Jason was able to advise on how to structure our offer to make it most attractive to the seller. Our offer was accepted despite higher offers based on the strategy. We will definitely be working with Jason and Cottage & Co if/when it ever comes time to sell our home. Highly recommended!"

"We had a great experience with Cottage & Co in both buying and selling our home. Their entire team went above and beyond to support us. They have extensive knowledge about both the Cape Elizabeth and South Portland markets. We have worked with many companies in the past but this company is the best!"
