Morton Leasing

"Ethan is the person you need if you want your place rented professionally, efficiently, and with trust. He is super responsive and makes the whole process go so smoothly that we have worked with him for a second time and plan to continue to do so. Definitely recommend!"

"Ethan is the consummate professional. We’ve been using his services for over four years now and he always does an exceptional job finding amazing tenants. He’s professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with! We will never use anyone else!"

"Our first experience with Morton Leasing brought us a wonderful family of 3 which became 4 during the tenancy! They were impeccable housekeepers and the move out left the house immaculate! Within a couple weeks of notifying Ethan that we would be needing another tenant as the current ones bought a house, he held many showings on the same day during the tenant's vacation so as not to disturb them. He found us another stellar family of 3 and we have only 11 days between move-out and move-in! I highly recommend him and this company. Very easy to deal with, takes care of all the Portland rental documents, is accessible anytime if you have questions and is truly concerned about finding the right match! Thank you again Ethan!"
