Cambria Hotel Portland Downtown Old Port

"We were celebrating our anniversary and my birthday. My husband called earlier in the year to book our stay. When we arrived, Zach greeted us at the front desk. He had notes and acknowledged both things we were celebrating. He was kind and helpful. Really appreciated him! We had a sixth floor corner suite-wall to wall windows with a sitting area, kitchenette, table, bathroom and separate bedroom. The room was spectacular. Beautifully decorated. We ate several times in the restaurant. It was quiet and private. Really contemporary and pretty. If you are looking for a special stay-book a corner suite in this hotel. We will forever remember it! "Pros: The rooms are big and spacious. Clean rooms. Well maintained Good location. Central Part of downtown. Easy access to restaurants. Gym Good size gym . All necessary equipments available. Good weights range. Cons No smart TV, was hoping to relax and watch Netflix or HBO, or HDMI port to connect my laptop at least to watch my shows. Just regular TV. It was kinda of a let down. Valet parking Expedia mentioned self parking for $10 less then valet parking. At the hotel , only valet parking is available to extra cash to spend. Quite misleading Gym No wipes to clean machines or bench after use."

"Enjoyed my stay here! The room was spacious, had a good view and was super clean which is so important to me. They gave a daily $25 credit for the bar or other needs like water, snacks, etc. Parking garage on-site, $30 a day to park and you can go in and out. Good location in the heart of Old Port. The overall price for 3 nights was a good value comparatively for the area. I liked having a view of the bay too. Oh, and Bill was very kind upon check-in."
