"This has been a wonderful stay. We got the 1br, which had a full kitchen and plenty of space. Everything was walkable. What stood out most was the staff. Every person we interacted with was exceptional - Bean, at the front desk, was truly outstanding. Bean has so much energy and seems to truly love their job, I can’t convey the level of joy that radiates off of them. Its infectious."

"We spent a week at the Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Waterfront for our large family reunion, and it was the perfect home base for our group. The staff was outstanding—especially McKenzie and Techla at the front desk, who helped us with every question along the way, and Troy from Guest Services, who made a welcome sign for our family and reserved part of the lounge for our morning breakfasts. Having a place to gather each day made our reunion even more meaningful. We loved the second-floor patio for our carryout dinners, where the kids could safely play while the adults visited. The breakfast had great healthy options (including iced coffee!), and the laundry room, pool, and fitness center were all well used by our family. The location is fantastic, with many restaurants and activities within walking distance. We highly recommend the Residence Inn to anyone visiting Portland—especially families and larger groups. "We were thrilled to have the Residence Inn in Portland serve as our wedding block of hotel rooms for our daughter’s wedding at the end of July (the busiest week of the summer). As we planned the wedding block, Abby and the Residence Inn communicated quickly and efficiently with helpful guidance. Given how busy this time of year is in Portland, we (and our guests) were grateful for the price adjustment and guaranteed rooms available. The rooms were attractive and clean. Throughout our stay the staff members were great - friendly and going out of their way to be helpful. I only heard positives from our family and friends about their stays this weekend.
