Paella Seafood

"If you are on the fence about visiting Paella, please go. This place should have a line out the door! When we first walked in, we were seated indoors. While the indoor atmosphere is nothing to write home about, they have a very nice outdoor deck. We asked to be moved out there, and another couple who had been seated right before us ended up doing the same. Our waitress, Dahlia, was incredibly nice and accommodating. The real star of the place, though, is whoever is in the kitchen—because they can cook! This was hands-down one of the best meals I have ever had. We started with the scallop appetizer, and it was perfect: four huge, fresh, dry scallops (not those tiny, water-soaked ones you normally get). They were massive and cooked to perfection, and even the dressing on the accompanying lettuce was delicious. For our mains, we ordered the Seafood Paella and the Lamb Paella. Both arrived at the table sizzling and smoking. We dove in so fast that we completely forgot to take a picture! Sorry, not sorry—because it tastes even better than it looks, and you can trust that the other photos online do it justice. The crispy bottom of the rice (socarrat) was absolute perfection. Look, just go. Support this amazing place—it truly deserves a massive following!"

"Me and my husband visited .mine for my birthday! This is one of the spots we ate at for dinner. We both had the Lamb Paella....and Marian it was so delicious! I wish that we didnt go so late in our trip, because we would of eaten there at least 4 of the 5 nights we were in Maine. The food was so good. We didnt even talk while we were eating because the food was so good."

"One of the best places to eat! We always make time to stop by and get food here no matter what before we go back to Boston. We always get a chicken paella and a seafood paella. We also order one each to go since it's so good! It's a must go to if you come up pellet Portland."
