Paulin's Tire & Auto Care 3

"Just the absolute best service! Been going here for about 5 years after a recommendation from a friend. Greg and the team there are incredible!! He always takes the time to clearly explain the problem with the car and make sure we understand and are informed every step of the way. I never feel like I’m being sold something or overcharged and that the services I’m getting are the best most affordable option. They make it really accessible and fair and always work to get the issue fixed no matter what it is. I feel so safe and taken care of there, not to mention Greg is just so nice! I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Greg and his team are the absolute best. I have never had such a good experience at a shop before. Beyond just fixing my car, he made multiple attempts to call a shop I had taken my car to previously to find out what they actually worked on because the same issue was persisting despite the other shop working on it TWICE. He also called a local dealership for me about a different issue the car was having that should be covered under warranty (which I never would have even thought to ask about given the car's age). He communicates clearly, respectfully, doesn't rush you off the phone, and is super pleasant to work with. I'm going to run this car into the ground so I'll be back, probably more than they would like to see me."

"Ive finally found a mechanic that doesn't bull. Is truthful and trustworthy. Big shout out to Paulins team on St.John St Portland, Maine. I will never take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to be certain of the safety of your vehicle without breaking the bank. Thanks guys 👍💯"
