She is able to get my highlights the exact cool tone I want (champagne/beige) without brassiness or yellow- something that other stylists consistently struggle with. The quality of her work is outstanding. My hair has never looked better and she gives very practical advice. There is never any pressured upselling. The salon feels upscale and I love the historic downtown Portland ambiance."
