"Went to J’s Oyster and it was absolutely amazing. They’re a bit hard to reach since the phone doesn’t always work, but we made it in tonight and it was 100% worth it. I had an incredible Caesar salad and a lobster roll, paired perfectly with Jay’s beer everything was fresh and delicious. Huge thanks to Kate for the great service. A really cool bonus: we were seated just one seat away from where Anthony Bourdain used to sit. As a fan, that made the experience even more special. Can’t wait to come back! 🦞🦞"
"Server was so friendly and very helpful (especially since its our 1st time in Maine) Clam chowder was delicious. Very flavorful and lots of clams. The lobster roll-- 😘🤌. It was soooo good."
"While doing a little bit of walking and shopping around in Portland, we decided to stop and get a quick bite to eat. I had the haddock sandwich, my wife had the seafood casserole. Both of which were good, had a blueberry beer and we were off. We sat outside on the patio, right off the water’s edge. Food was decent, wish the menu was a little bit expanded for my liking, I really don’t eat, lobster, oysters, or clams. Limited to basically fish. But don’t let that stop you, the food was good, rather quick seeing our parking was expiring shortly. Another stop that was worth a visit. Thanks."
